Merz b. Schwanen introduces one of the heaviest long sleeve henleys on the market in this 2S04 Relaxed Fit Henley in Nature. This heavyweight fabric has an additional slub to it that gives it a textured look. These have a similar fit as the 204 long sleeve henley, which features a slightly wider circumference around the body to allow for a more relaxed fit than their standard henley. This relaxed version should work well for those who enjoy the 206 henley, but may prefer the extra room for greater movement. The collar has been slightly updated with a more contemporary look with a rounded (instead of squared) edge for the top button. These henleys are made on original loopwheelers in Germany-one of two remaining loopwheeler operations in the world, and the result is a seamless tubular fabric that will be your most comfortable henley.

Note: This is the Relaxed Fit from Merz, so you may want to take your typical tops size for these (rather than sizing up one, like you do in most other Merz knits). The garment will shrink about 1" in length after wash, with less shrinkage in the chest. Chest will stretch back out after wear. Accordingly, if you want a slim fit, take your typical size, or size up one for a relaxed henley fit. Cold wash, hang dry.

Measurement Note: Due to the irregularities characteristic of loopwheelers, there will be slight variations within each size. Additionally, consistent with how Merz measures their shirts, the Length measurement is taken from the highest point of the shirt (where the neckline and shoulder meet), instead of from the center of the neckline. In general, we do not find the irregularities significant enough to impact the size you should wear.
